About Me
Hi, I’m Kelly, and I’m the person behind Millside Virtual Assistants.
After being made redundant from my project management role during the pandemic in 2020, I decided to take the plunge and start my own business. What began as a way to support businesses navigating the new world of remote working has grown into something I absolutely love doing. These days, I work alongside a small team of brilliant associates, which means we can bring together a range of skills and experience to support our clients.
I’m a bit of a sucker for a good spreadsheet, an organised to-do list and, most importantly, getting things done! I love taking those jobs that have been sitting on your “I’ll get round to it” list and getting them sorted — whether that’s admin, events, projects or simply bringing a bit of order to the chaos.
Outside of work, I love cold water swimming, watching my children play rugby and do acrobatic gymnastics, and I’m currently Treasurer for the school PTA. In fact, I’ve had a committee role on the PTA since 2014, so I’ve organised everything from big fundraising events to much smaller community activities. Clearly, I haven’t learnt to say no to a spreadsheet yet!
